Welcome Back!
Dear OQS Community,
As we enter a new school year, we first wanted to take a moment to thank all of our families, teachers, staff, and community partners for an amazing 2022-2023 school year. Because of this community's fundraising and volunteer efforts, we were able to have an action-packed year filled with many exciting events and clubs including the return of Ski Club and Winter Fest. The events that the OQS PTO supports reinforce the already strong fabric of our community. By continuing to build our community, we help enrich the lives and educational experience of our students.
In addition to monetary support, the PTO is active behind-the-scenes working with our teachers and staff to organize volunteers to support educational enrichment programs, after-school clubs, and all-school events. Last year, we had over 75 volunteers across 15 different events filling over 1,000 volunteer slots! WOW!
As you reflect on this last year, please know that you made a difference, and you were a big part in making 2022-2023 a great and memorable year. We are so proud to be a part of this wonderful community! We thank each and every one of you for everything you did last year to support students and staff.

OUR PURPOSE:
The purpose of the OQS PTO is to strengthen, enhance and encourage an educational environment that provides support of the Ottauquechee School curriculum by sponsoring, organizing and nurturing additional opportunities for parents, teachers, administration and community to learn, socialize, and communicate to expand our student’s educational experience.
